The dYdX community has voted in support of transferring 382,025 DYDX in exchange of ~1M USDC to Wintermute to seed the Insurance Fund.

What does this mean for the community?
Having a sizable Insurance Fund will help maintain the solvency of the dYdX Chain trading system, as it will be used as the first backstop when an account has a negative balance.
